PAYMENT & RETURN POLICY Payments: All orders must be in U.S. Dollars, others will be returned. Make checks or Money Order payable to "Future Solutions, Inc." Payment by Personal Check, must clear before the order is shipped. Money Orders or Bank Drafts are accepted and products will be shipped immediately. We accept MasterCard, Visa, IMPAC Cards, Purchase Orders, Company Checks, Personal Checks, Bank Drafts or Money Orders. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure it looks like what you expected and that they work. If you have a question about an order you received, your packing slip can answer most frequently asked questions. The packing slip is located in the shipping packet outside of the order box. Return Policy Any merchandise being returned, must be sent to the address indicated on the invoice/packing slip:
Future Solutions, Inc. Any item over $100.00 returned to Future Solutions, Inc. must be INSURED through either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS - for your protection and ours. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured products that are lost in shipping. Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been finalized. Please note you are responsible for return postage. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition and packaging for a refund, merchandise credit or replacement. Please include the original sales receipt you received in the package. Please note: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase- e.g. if paid by credit card, that same credit card will be refunded. Check, money orders and bank drafts will be refunded by check. No exceptions. Please include the following information with your returned merchandise or a copy of the original invoice.
