PAYMENT
& RETURN POLICY
PAYMENTS:

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Wide Area
Work Flow (WAWF), All Government Credit Cards,
MasterCard, Visa, IMPAC Cards, Purchase Orders,
Company Checks, Bank Drafts or Money Orders. All
billing addresses for credit cards must have a
physical US address if the order is to be shipped
out of the Continental United States.
FREIGHT CHARGES:

Future Solutions offers
free freight for order over $50 going to one
location as long as the order can be shipped via
UPS. If your order is under $50.00, the minimum
charge of $10 will be added to your order. If the
order requires shipment via truck line, you will be
notified by a representative, by email, of the
freight costs. At this time, you will be sent a
freight letter to review, sign and either fax or
email back to Future Solutions. Complete
instructions will be given at the time of the
original notification. Government BPA’s have
special arrangements for free freight. Contact
Future Solutions, Inc. for additional information at
866-289-4733 x 142.
RECEIVING:

When you receive your package, promptly check the
items to make sure it looks like what you expected
and that your product works.

If you have a question about an order you received,
your packing slip can answer most frequently asked
questions. The packing slip is located in the
shipping packet outside of the order box. If you
still have questions, call our customer services
line at 866-BUY-GREEN (1-866-289-4733 ext 142 or
140) during business hours Monday - Friday 7:30 am
to 5:30 PM MST, or leave a voice message at any
other time.
RETURNS:
-
Standard Returns
(not damaged nor defective) can be returned within
30 days and receive full credit. Please call Future
Solutions at 1-866-289-4733 ext 142 to arrange for
returns. Products being returned, must be in
original packaging and must be in resale condition
to receive credit. If the return is due to a Future
Solution’s error, we will gladly issue a call tag
and pick this item up at no expense to our
customer. However, if the error is due to customer
ordering incorrectly, the return freight will be
deducted from the credit to be issued. Restocking
fees will not apply for returns within the 30 day
time period. Government BPA’s have special
arrangements regarding returns and restocking fees.
In many cases we will issue you a call tag with
instructions on returning your product. Contact

Any item over $100.00 returned to Future Solutions,
Inc. must be INSURED through either the U.S. Postal
Service or UPS - for your protection and ours. We
cannot accept responsibility for uninsured products
that are lost in shipping. Please keep proof of
shipment until your return has been finalized.
Please note you are responsible for return postage.

Authorization to return a purchased item.

Standard Returns will only be accepted under the
following conditions:
1)
Not satisfied with the product.
2)
Manufacturer's defect.
3)
The item shipped was not the item ordered.
4)
The product shipped does not match what was ordered.
As a
standard policy, we do not allow the return of
merchandise that has been used, original packaging
destroyed, damaged or merchandise that has not been
purchased from Future Solutions, Inc.
Damaged /or Defective
Returns – Please call Future Solutions within 48
hours of receipt of order (1-866-289-4733 ext 142). A
call tag will be issued and a new product will be
shipped out. Please Note: All items must be inspected
within this 48 hour time frame or Future Solutions
cannot guarantee that the wholesaler will accept these
returns. Future Solutions works with our wholesalers to
insure that our customer receive quality products at the
best price possible. Honoring their request for 48 hour
return on damage & defective items is one way costs are
kept to a minimum. Government BPA’s have special
arrangements for damaged or defective. In many cases we
will issue you a call tag with instructions on returning

Shortages:
All shortage must be reported to Future Solutions
within 48 hours of the order being received.
